The back-end system has functions such as venue management, station number management, member management, report query statistics, etc. The event site has a welcome interface, a guide interface, gift delivery, and on-site lottery draws. One backend corresponds to one database corresponds to three programs. Suitable for professional meetings, company annual meetings, business banquets, large-scale venue events, etc. 

Features

Member information management

Manage member profile data, including basic information (card number, name, phone number, birthday, address, etc.) and related information (group, venue, and station number). Make the entrance and exit of the meeting place orderly, and better manage the entrance of members. 


Guest admission management

The guest entry management display reflects the concept of VIP-level service. Guests enter the venue to obtain ID or Mifare and other access cards. Every time they enter and exit the venue, the electronic screen displays the welcome message, which realizes the control of guest entry and exit permissions to ensure the meeting’s security. Security, the system collects guests' access information, and the collected information can be used to analyze guest information after the meeting. According to the needs of different venues and activities, you can add information such as guest seat numbers in the welcome information area. 

Real-time data monitoring

According to the information networking of the background system and the access control system, the attendance of the guests can be checked in real time, and the actual number of people can be checked, so that the organizer can grasp the situation on the spot. 


Insert a variety of foreground programs

According to the needs of different venues and activities, different programs can be added, such as gift delivery, on-site lottery and other programs. 


Statistical report

After the meeting, statistical methods are used to analyze and process the attendance of the guests during the meeting, and to produce diversified data statistical reports for the summary of the meeting.
